Crémant de Loire Brut Non-Vintage
Langlois-Chateau first established its reputation with its rich and elegant Crémant de Loire sparkling wines. Crémant de Loire is a rigorously regulated appellation that specifies hand harvesting, light pressing and long maturation. Langlois-Chateau has continually refined its own standards to exceed those of the appellation. Unique to the Crémant’s style is the addition of Cabernet Franc for additional roundness and structure.
Color: Pale yellow
Taste: A complex nose of white flowers and honey aromas. A fresh, delicate taste with an elegant roundness. Pairs perfectly as an aperitif with hors d’oeurves and smoked salmon.

Grape Variety Used: 60% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Cabernet Franc
Length/Type of Fermentation: Separate vinification in 100 hl temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. Gentle pneumatic pressing (160kg of grapes for 100 liters of must).
Length/Type of Aging: Minimum of 24 months maturation on fine lees.
Langlois-Chateau Crémant de Loire Brut Rosè Non Vintage
Langlois-Chateau first established its reputation with its rich and elegant Crémant de Loire sparkling wines. This Rosé is mostly made from domaine vineyards in the Saumur region and is 100% Cabernet Franc. The wine is light and refreshingly crisp, best served as an apertif or with red berries.
Taste: Pink color
Taste: A bouquet of red berries.

Château de Fontaine-Audon Sancerre Blanc 2010
Langlois-Chateau is renown for its Sancerre coming from Château de Fontaine-Audon, one of only four “Chateaux” in the Sancerre appellation. Located in St-Gemme en Sancerrois, in the north western part of the appellation. The vineyard entirely surrounds the Château.
Color: Pale Straw with tint of Green
Taste: Very Aromatic nose of exotic fruits and grapfruit. A fresh, elegant white wine with fresh fruit flavors, minerality and bright acid.
